A warehouse shed located within Avonmouth Docks, Bristol, approximately 300 meters long by 90 meters wide, originally fitted out as a cold store storage / distribution facility required striping and refurbishing.

• CBES Project managed the full strip out.

• Installation of new cable management system to warehouse and offices.
• New PIR LED energy efficient lighting system.
• New TPN dedicated power supplies
• New IT suite
• Installation of complete new fire alarm system

The site required strict adherence to health & safety management including MEWPS and working at height and while working on a busy dock area.
